White BMW rams into 50 year old cyclist; Death on the spot

A 50-year-old man was killed while riding a bicycle on the Delhi-Gurugram expressway on Sunday when he was struck by a BMW. Police detained the driver of a high-end vehicle with a VIP licence plate and a Ministry of Defense sticker.

The owner of the car has been located by the police. The vehicle is registered to a businessman from Punjabi Bagh in west Delhi, according to the officials. According to the officials, the ministry sticker was already on the automobile when Sunil, the owner, purchased it as a used vehicle.

Suvendu Chatterjee, a Gurugram resident and 50-year-old cyclist, was struck in the early hours of Sunday morning. The BMW's tyre exploded, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle and crash into the bicycle.
