Nissan have taken the drive technology already used in the LEAF, Note and Serena models, and have taken it to the next level. Using an all-wheel-drive (AWD) drive system, which gives independent control over each wheel, the system includes a petrol engine which powers the battery only, not the wheels. This has the benefit of increased fuel efficiency, greater torque delivery and a quieter, smoother ride, like a full electric model. We essentially get the performance of an electric vehicle without having to worry about repeatedly charging the battery, making it a great segue towards full EVs.

It’s spacious, it’s modern, it’s comfortable, it’s smart, it’s everything a car of the future should be, and with such a focus on aerodynamics, Nissan dared to take the design to much bolder heights.
