A closer look at the design study reveals similarities between this car and the Volkswagen CC, a D-segment car that VW sells in other global markets. Given Volkswagen's strategy of maintaining a common thread among the cars it owns, we can expect the final product from Vision C to be CC-based. Of course, it will take a long time for this car to be realized, and it is expected that the overall design will be toned down.
