2,000 live cartridges recovered from Delhi ahead of Independence Day

Days ahead of the celebrations for India's 75th Independence Day, 2,000 live cartridges have been found in Delhi, police said on Friday.

This comes just days after an 'active ISIS member' was arrested in the national capital earlier this week.


India is set to mark its 75th Independence Day on Monday and elaborate arrangements have been done for the same.

The government has been holding special events under the "Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" initiative.
