42 year old man escapes from police custody in Badarpur

42 year old Vicky Abhishek Sinha fled from police custody in South East Delhi's Badarpur. He was arrested from Uttar Pradesh in connection with forgery.

He is a resident of Orange County, Indirapuram and was arrested for forging the arms license. A video of him escaping police custody went viral immediately.

Sections 468 (forgery for the purpose of cheating) and 471 (using as genuine a forged document or electronic record) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) were registered against him earlier.

Now, a case under sections 223 (escape from confinement or custody negligently suffered by public servant) and 224 (resistance or obstruction by a person to his lawful apprehension) of the IPC has been registered against him too.
