Among those who cracked NEET UG, 1074 are from Delhi government schools

On Thursday, the Delhi government revealed that more than 1,000 pupils from the Capital's public schools had passed the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Neet) UG, attributing this to the success of educational reforms carried out over the years. In comparison to previous years, when 648 government school kids qualified in 2022, 496 in 2021, and 569 in 2020, the government reports that 695 of the 1,074 candidates were females and 379 were boys.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal responded to the achievement by tweeting, “Wow! More than 1,000 students from Delhi Govt Schools qualify NEET. This could not even be imagined just a few years back; congrats to all students, parents, and teachers for their relentless efforts and dedication.”
