Facebook posts were subjected to flawed discipline,

In an internal investigation, Customs and Border Protection investigators concluded that 60 agents "committed misconduct" after sharing violent and obscene posts in secret Facebook groups. However, only two of them were fired, far fewer than an internal review board had recommended, according to a report released Monday by the House Oversight and Reform Committee.

The report found that "significant shortcomings" were present in the agency's handling of the incidents and that most agents involved in misbehavior are back to work with immigrants.

Border Patrol agents who posted sexually explicit images of members of Congress and supervisors who shared videos of migrants falling from cliffs appear to have been targeted by the report.
