Liquor deaths in Bihar: RJD blames Nitish Kumar government

Amid the crisis of liquor deaths in Bihar's West Champaran district after the consumption of spurious liquor has led to a political clash between the opposition and ruling. Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) leader Manoj Jha has hit out on the JDU by claiming that the government is running a liquor syndicate. He said "The liquor ban is just a drama. There are officials and bureaucrats in the system who are running this liquor syndicate." The leader further added people are putting their lives at stake and consuming spurious liquor then it is the "failure of government."
