Masking Before An Event Will Give You Flawless Makeup

|THE DEN|

In the event that your skin required any survival assistance, we took it upon ourselves to develop a masking programme. Your skin won't ever look hangover-like, and your makeup will apply even more smoothly. To be honest, if you want your face to look its best while wearing all that makeup and going to a tonne of weddings and parties, it requires external help to handle the relentless barrage of sugar and parties.

2 Weeks Before The Event

If you are prone to blackheads and whiteheads, you should include an effective clay mask that specialises in the extraction process in your skincare regimen. A purifying mask can eliminate those clogged pores that could later develop into huge zits. Truthfully, eliminating these unsightly pimples beneath the skin won't do much to improve your skin's texture before the big event you've been preparing for. Two weeks of consistent masking will be sufficient for you to prepare a smooth canvas for a fully glam face, along with a proper skincare regimen.

A Week Before

On the morning of your major event, schedule some serious masking time. Apply a mud or charcoal mask to the T-zone to get rid of excess oil. One of our all-time favourite products is Forest Essentials Facial Ubtan Multani Mitti, and we also enjoy Dermalogica Sebum Clearing Masque and Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment. Before using a brightening serum mask, spray your face with rose water to moisturise the skin. Once the residue serum has finished its work, give it a few minutes to absorb. Now that the event's makeup phase has begun, you are ready!

You are now ready for the event's makeup phase to begin!
