NCLAT STAYS NCLT

In an order by the National Company Law Tribunal, the lenders were directed to consider the offer of Kapil Wadhawan within 10 days in Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. With separate appeals from the Committee of Creditors, Administrator as well as the Piramal Group, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal stayed the NCLT order and questioned the timing of the order as the bench is retiring in June.
