No more fine for masks in Delhi

New Delhi : No more fines in the capital as Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) set to abolish fines for not wearing masks.

Earlier the fines were set to Rs. 2000 and included private vehicles until abolish by Delhi high Court on February 27, calling it absurd.

The fines were implied only on pedestrians, two wheelers and those in public transport. Considering, only 74 cases have been recorded in 24 hours and positivity rate is down to 0.74%. The decision is welcome by all this festive season.
