Question of the efficacy of Covaxin

While Europe is opening its borders and allowing the world to travel again, if they have been vaccinated, those Indians who have been jabbed with Covaxin, will they not be allowed to travel or have to mandatory quarantine. WHO has not included Covaxin in its list of acceptable vaccines for emergency use due to ‘more information required’, it makes one wonder of the actual efficacy of the vaccine.
