Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra arrested over pornographic case

Businessman Raj Kundra who got married to actor Shilpa Shetty in 2009, has been arrested by the crime branch of Mumbai on July 19, over a case involving creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps.

Mumbai police commissioner said, he appears to be the key conspirator and they have sufficient evidence against him regarding this, “though investigation is still in progress,” Mumbai police further added.

The case of creating and publishing porns was registered with Mumbai crime branch in February 2021, according to reports, another FIRs were registered by 9 people last week for forcing actors to shoot nudes.Though, Raj Kundra is denying all the allegations and looking forward for a bail in this case. But Mumbai police ensured that he got to spend the night in a cell under custody.
