Thousands of YouTube users were affected by an outage: Report

In a statement on Tuesday, YouTube said it has resolved an issue that caused thousands of users to lose access to the site or experience slow service. The company, which reported more than 15,000 issues with YouTube, tracks outages by collating reports from multiple sources, including user-submitted errors.

Earlier today, YouTube was experiencing a slowdown and users were experiencing difficulty accessing the site. The issue lasted for about 20 minutes, YouTube tweeted.

Netflix, Disney+, Robinhood, and a number of other services went down because of a major outage that occurred last week, including Amazon's e-commerce site.
