UP Judge Mohammad Ahmad Khan claims "it was an attempt to kill" after car accident.

After the murder of Justice Uttam Anand, Justice Mohammad Ahmad Khan injured in a car accident claims that he it was intent to kill citing one of the litigants threatening him with life when he refused bail to the person. ADJ Mohammad Ahmad Khan is posted at Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh and was taking a personal trip to Prayagraj and the incident happened on his way back. A FIR has been registered in the matter. It is imminent to note that no relation has been found between the SUV owner and the alleged litigant who threatened the judge.
