The Kelly Dole ("quelle idole!" means “such an idol!") is a smiling anthropomorphic bag based on one of his sketches of a sitting character. Kelly is the brand's most iconic handbag. The Haut à Courroies (HAC) bag was first introduced in 1852, and the Kelly was born. The Kelly purse has influenced a number of Hermès accessories, including the Kelly wallet, Kelly belt, Kelly watch, and a variety of clutches and other leather products. The Hermès Kelly is a symbol of luxury and an iconic handbag. Hermes is recognised for its extraordinary colour palette, which includes almost forty different shades. Some colours, like Blue Jean and Blue Marine, are made for decades, while others are more elusive, appearing for barely a season before disappearing completely. One such shade is Blue Brume, which was launched for the Summer collection.
Blue Brume exudes cool sophistication, with flashes of grey and silver, as well as hints of a light periwinkle, all held together by a delicate blue gossamer that holds all the tonalities. For the bag of the month, we,ve chosen the Kelly Sellier 25 Bleu Brume. This Kelly, in the Sellier style, is in Bleu Brume epsom leather with gold hardware and has tonal stitching, front flap, two straps with center toggle closure, clochette with lock and two keys a single rolled handle and removable shoulder strap.
