The 2022 Mercedes-Maybach GLS600, for example, offers the
greatest in luxury and provides a transportation experience as
rich as caviar. Every time you drive this SUV, you'll be aware
that it is an upscale model.
This large SUV is powered by a modified version of the 4-litre,
twin-turbo V8 that we have already seen in other AMG
vehicles. Mercedes has used a 48-volt electrical system in this
instance to produce 558 horsepower and 730 pound-feet of
torque. When the electric motor is fully charged, you also
briefly receive an extra 22bhp and 250Nm of torque. A 9-speed
gearbox is used to transfer all of that power, meanwhile.
