Pumped up kicks

It has been more than a decade since Foster the People
released their debut track, “Pumped Up Kicks,” which created
significant buzz in the pop music scene as well as got a lot of
airplay on the KROQ radio station. One of the most infectious
choruses ever written about teenage mental illness by Mark
Foster, 'Pumped Up Kicks' is the type of song that makes you
remember where you were when you first heard it.

Foster the People is an American indie pop band formed in Los
Angeles, California, in 2009. Indie rock trio Foster the People
make atmospheric, psychedelic, dance-oriented pop music. Its
members are singer Mark Foster, guitarist Sean Cimino, and
keyboardist Isom Innis.
