Another plea against West Bengal

Another plea was filed in the Supreme Court against the West Bengal government for alleged post-poll violence and the compensation and rehabilitation of the victims. The plea alleging “bombing, murder, gangrape, outraging of modesty of women, arson, kidnapping, loot, vandalism and destruction of public property” asked for human right commission to be made respondents to evaluate the loss suffered by the victims and launch an SIT enquiry into the same.
