12 MP's suspended from parliament started a protest near Parliament premises. Union minister for Parliament affairs Prahlad Joshi said that he would pray that Mahatma Gandhi may give them wisdom who are protesting against parliament. "If the 12 suspended members of the Rajya Sabha want to come to the house, then they have to regret for their cause. Let them sit on dharna... I pray Mahatma Gandhi gives them wisdom, he added. Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu also expresses distress over the MP's action, he said rather then regretting for their conduct in parliament, they sat on protest for the decision and he added that there was no question of decree their suspension.
